A. REFUND OF PAYMENT - without subscription
Considering the nature of the services offered by One Cleaning, if you change your mind about a purchase, we do not assume refunds or exchanges, except where the request was made at least 48 hours before the provision of services.
The reason why it is necessary to notify us at least 48 hours in advance is so that we can allocate our employees to other clients.


B. REFUND OF PAYMENT - with subscription
If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must notify us 48 hours before the next service delivery date. The refund will be calculated based on the services delivered up to that date. For example: if from a monthly subscription, with weekly frequency, 2 cleaning services were performed and 2 remain undelivered, the difference for the two undelivered services will be refunded.
