This site, onecleaning.ro is owned and operated by AV PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SRL (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’, ‘our’ and One Cleaning). More information about our company can be found in section 13. The following terms and conditions apply to all our customers and visitors (hereinafter referred to as ‘you’).
By accessing and/or using this site and its related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which includes our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please cease using our site.
We collect personal information about you only if you contact us through the contact form, or if you place an order with us on the site as well as for other purposes provided in our Privacy Policy.
We may disclose your information to third parties who help us deliver our products and services (including IT technology providers, logistics, billing service providers) or as required by law. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to offer you all our products or services. We do not disclose your personal information to recipients outside the European Union.
Our privacy policy explains: (i) how we store, use, and how you can access and correct your personal information; (ii) how you can file a complaint regarding the handling of your personal information and (iii) how we will handle any complaint. The information on our website, as well as on our product labels, is comprehensive and aims to provide an accurate description of the covered subject. Although we use all reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on our site to the extent permitted by law, including the Romanian Consumer Law, we do not guarantee the information on this site.
We may, from time to time and without notice, modify or add to the website (including the Terms) or the information, products, or services described in it. However, we do not commit to keeping the website updated. We are not responsible to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information on the site or if such information is not up-to-date. Therefore, you should monitor any changes to the information contained on this website.
All prices displayed on this site are VAT excluded, as we are not VAT payers. The chosen service, the package price, what it includes, and the chosen payment method will be specified on each invoice. We will provide an electronic invoice for each service offered which can be found on the Prices page.
Details of the services offered within each package, the rate applied per square meter, and the time allocated for them are also defined on the Prices page.
Important: we do not conduct cash transactions.
All payments can only be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card using the Netopia Payments operator. You guarantee that any credit/debit card used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with third parties necessary to allow us to conduct such checks. If your payment card issuer or payment processor does not authorize payment, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Credit or debit card information will never be stored on our One Cleaning website.
The status of your payment can be seen at any time in your personal banking application.
By placing an order on our site, you also agree to the Terms and Conditions of Netopia Payments and SmartBill.
After completing the order, you receive an invoice that must be paid in advance by bank transfer or card through the NETOPIA operator.
The paid services will be provided by qualified personnel at the address mentioned, in the interval chosen by the client, within the following limits: Monday - Saturday, 08:00 - 20:00.
If extra cleaning services are requested on site, these will be paid later through the payment methods mentioned in section 3.
Currently, we offer cleaning services only in Bucharest, Constanta, and Teleorman.
Refusing to receive the paid services for any reason is considered a Return and in this case, the Return Policy will apply.
Returning products without a specific reason within 14 days of receiving them is your right according to Government Ordinance No. 34 of June 12, 2014. The necessary steps for returning your products and other conditions that apply are described below.
A. REFUND OF THE PAID AMOUNT - without subscription
Given the nature of the services offered by One Cleaning, if you change your mind about a purchase, we do not assume refunds or exchanges, except in the case where the request was made at least 24 hours before the provision of services.
The reason why it is necessary to be notified at least 24 hours in advance is so we can allocate employees to other customers.
B. REFUND OF THE PAID AMOUNT - with subscription
If you wish to terminate a subscription, you must notify us 48 hours before the next service delivery date.
The refunded amount will be calculated based on the services delivered up to that date. For example: if from a monthly subscription, with weekly frequency, 2 cleaning services have been executed and 2 remain undelivered, the difference in the amount for the two services will be refunded.
Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Except where expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of those linked websites and have no control or rights over those linked websites.
For example, we need to display the NETOPIA banner (which includes the VISA and MASTERCARD logos) on our site as long as we use their services.
Unless otherwise indicated, we own or license from third parties all rights, titles, and interests (including copyrights, designs, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) on this website and in all material (including all text, graphics, logos, audio, and software) provided on this website (Content).
Your use of this website and access to any Content does not grant or transfer any rights, titles, or interests in relation to this website or Content. However, we grant you a license to access the website and view the Content according to the terms and conditions set in this Agreement and, where applicable, as expressly authorized by us and/or our third-party licensors.
